MISSION IMPACT
Join us in welcoming 15 local youth to a private meet-and-greet with Astronaut Jose Hernandez, celebrated in a recent #1 Amazon Prime biographical feature film.
Beyond the meet, the youth will participate in hands-on spacesuit and spacecraft training, opening their eyes to a universe of possibilities for their future through passion and dedication.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your two-day training adventure will unfold as follows: Day 1 Spacesuit and Spacecraft Training: Immerse yourself in spacesuit training and spacecraft emergency egress training. Discover the art of astronaut communication, and simulate the Overview Effect by seeing the Earth from orbit in VR. Day 2 ZeroG Flight: The flight portion of the Zero-G Experience® lasts approximately 90 to 100 minutes. You'll enjoy 15 parabolas, each providing about 30 seconds of reduced gravity or weightlessness. By the end of the flight, you will log about 6-7 minutes of reduced gravity – that’s about as much zero-gravity time as Alan Shepard experienced on America’s first human spaceflight.
