Uplift Aerospace (NRP Stone, Inc. - Symbol: NRPI) sent community members on a Zero-G flight with retired NASA astronaut Dr. José Hernández to experience weightlessness.

Space+ is a project by Uplift Aerospace that provides greater access to space through community giveaways, events, and goods and services including: sub-orbital space flights, microgravity flights, professional networking, rocket launch events, and access to payload space on the International Space Station. The project is scheduled to officially drop later this Spring with the release of the first NFT collection. However, early community members are gaining early access to some of the incredible experiences provided by Space+ through some of the projects giveaways and events.
On March 20, 2022, Emily Higgins and Caroline Geraghty from the Space+ project team supported community members as they prepared to leave Earth’s gravity behind during a ZeroG flight in Austin, TX.
With Dr. Hernández as their guide in zero gravity, the participants boarded a specially modified Boeing 727. The plane executed a flight pattern that pierced the stratosphere and included more than 15 parabolas, recreating martian, lunar, and zero gravity.
Upon returning back to Earth, the Space+ community members shared their thoughts on experiencing weightlessness:
“I’ve skydived before, I’ve scuba dived before - that first sensation of being in zero gravity is unlike anything I’ve ever felt,” said Toby Li, an aerospace engineering student at UC Davis and one of the Space+ community giveaway winners.
After the official deployment of the first Space+ NFT collection this Spring, the project will use the NFTs to provide real life utility and access to the most incredible experiences that we have in the solar system during this modern commercial space age.
